Senior Partner & General Manager of Kea & Partners Latinoamerica – São Paulo

Entrepreneurship in consulting and in the new world.

I chose consulting almost at the beginning of my professional life, first at Gemini Consulting and then at Kea, which I joined when it was created in 2001. Since I have always been open to the international scene, I worked very quickly on the first international projects, then moved to Mexico between 2004 and 2008, to lead acquisition and growth projects in particular. The idea of developing Kea’s business in Latin America was born there, without taking shape yet.

Back in France, I continued to work on the internationalization of Kea, developing the business far from Paris, all over the world, but always with a foot in Latin America. In 2013, I made my entrepreneurial project a reality, creating a Kea & Partners office for Latin America based in Sao Paulo.

Arnaud Gangloff

Partner & President

A lifelong strategy consultant, I participated in the creation of Kea & Partners France in 2001, before becoming its president in 2012. For nearly 20 years, I have been leading and directing the firm’s R&D work (responsible transformation, managerial innovation, alert enterprise, etc.). Committed to action alongside my clients,

I work mainly on large international transformation projects in complex environments, in particular for industrial, transport, real estate and luxury players.

I would like to thank all my partners for their support in making Kea a reference in the world of executive consulting, a pioneer in the field of business transformation and a responsible pioneer as the first “Entreprise à mission” strategy consulting firm. I am also a member of the board of directors of the Community of “Entreprises à mission”, and I am convinced that companies have a major role to play in building a desirable economy that reconciles economic performance and the common good.

Guillaume Bouvier

Partner, member of the Leadership Team & Director of Kea & Partners Lyon

I joined Kea in 2008, after my first operational experiences in the aeronautical sector in the United States.

Since then, I have been accompanying managers in their strategic reflections and transformation projects with one ambition: to better connect Man to business, business to society and society to Man!

I am driven by the creation of links and by development. This led me to create, in 2015, the Lyon office of Kea & Partners, thus strengthening its territorial anchorage in the Auvergne Rhône-Alpes region.

Since then, I have been leading our development in France’s leading region in terms of the number of small and medium-sized companies with a local team that combines consulting and coaching expertise.

My areas of expertise include go-to-market strategies, strategic partnerships and organizational performance, both in France and internationally.

Cyrinne Aquedim

Co-Directrice de Kea & Partners Morroco – Casablanca

Seduced by the entrepreneurial adventure of Kea & Partners Morroco, I joined the Casablanca office at its creation in 2012, after five years of consulting experience at Eurogroup Consulting in Paris. I work on strategy definition and/or operationalization issues, in different sectors, in Morocco and Africa; adapting Kea Group’s expertise and know-how to our clients, according to their issues, identities and cultures – and adding our local footprint.

Very attached to Kea & Partners France positioning as a “Entreprise à mission”, I hope that the teams of the Casablanca office will contribute, on their own scale, to the development of the African economy.

Raphaël Barral

Co-Director of Kea & Partners Morroco – Casablanca

After participating in the creation of two start-ups in the publishing industry in France and in the USA, I very quickly oriented my professional life in strategy consulting, at Neovian Partners and then at Theano Advisors. In 2018, I chose to join Kea Africa and settle permanently in Casablanca.

Today, I put the know-how I have developed in the field of corporate strategy, operational excellence, and management at the service of the Kea Group’s transformation approaches.

With the ambition to adapt them to the different cultures of the African continent and to contribute to its development through the missions that my clients entrust to me.
