Our recruitment process

During the recruitment process you will meet “transforming” consultants who will share with you our style, our positioning and with whom you will discuss the projects, their progress, their diversity…

You will have a first interview aimed at checking your profile and cultural fit.

If your profile matches our current needs and expectations, you will then be invited to a second round of 2 successive business case interviews.

Finally, if you pass this second stage, you will meet with the Senior Partner in charge of professional development for a final interview.
